The European Fee will support ten pilot projects to
create new cross-border rail hyperlinks and to enhance existing global services,
it introduced this week.

The Commission said that soon after “careful evaluation” it has
selected 10 proposals for cross-border pilot companies which consist of a mix of
daytime and right away sleeper expert services.

They contain new services connecting Hungary, Austria and
western Romania sleeper providers from Amsterdam to Barcelona and amongst
Paris, Milan and Venice new expert services concerning Munich, Vienna and Budapest and
