The role 

We are now looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant (any seniority from junior up to senior or team leader) to join our team and help us in our expansion and recruitment services for our international clients.  You’d be instrumental in helping us to achieve proactive search operations and liaising with our client’s sourcing and hiring needs. As a recruitment consultant, this would be an excellent opportunity whereby you can develop and grow your career, skills, and earning potential in a collaborative and rewarding environment.

Key tasks:

  • Responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting of IT candidates for our client’s open roles. Senior consultants also usually cooperate with a dedicated researcher for sourcing candidates.

  • Collaborating with your colleagues on similar projects and roles.

  • Participating and helping with the continuous improvement of the company’s best practices, processes, IT systems, and tools.

  • Collaborating with our developer when needed on the development of our own database system that has very advanced functionalities, including sourcing automation, and candidate pipeline management.

  • Cooperation on company learning and self-development initiatives.


  • Previous relevant experience in the fields such as HR/recruitment, sales, account management, customer service, and other people-oriented roles or at least willingness to work in the recruitment area.

  • IT background or IT recruitment experience is not necessary.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Interest in working in the HR/recruitment area.

  • Communicative level of English at B2 level or higher. Czech or Slovak language is not necessary.
